Help for Heroes As you may already know, the 2010 Witley Boxing Day Enduro’s chosen charity was Help for Heroes. The Witley Committee is very pleased to announce that a cheque for £1500 has been sent to Help for Heroes. Many thanks to all the riders and others who also contributed. Your generosity has gone to a very worthwhile cause.

I’m not the enduro delegate, but I would like to offer congratulations to Paul Merriman and Max Varney. Paul was best Expert and Max best Clubman in the 2010 South Eastern Combine Championship. Well done the two of you, and all those other riders who support Witley and ride for the Club throughout the year. Of the clubs, Witley was third overall. Hopefully one of our enduro delegates will fill us in on some of the background?

Finally: We are just a couple of months away from the AGM – so time to start thinking, is there anything you could do on the Committee? I will be standing down as Company Secretary, so there’s one job you could be thinking about...Bernard Jay
